    Congratulations to all our students winning major scholarships this year. Sarah Warrack was awarded an NSERC CGS-M,  Victoria Langen was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Scholarship (OGS), and Graydon McKee, Marissa Wegher and Kyle Stratton all received North Shore Superior Awards. Well done gang!

    Congratulations to Kyle Stratton who won the best undergraduate presentation in the department of Natural Resources Management on Friday for his work on evaluating diversity and change in steelhead life histories across the north shore of Lake Superior.   • New paper in Journal of Fish Biology

    A second paper from lab alumni Laura Murray was just accepted in the Journal of Fish Biology: Effects of respirometry methods on cortisol release in rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss, with co-authors Eva Enders and John Svendsen.
