Some great goings on in 2025 so far! Excited to welcome several new faces to the lab, including Jubayer, Eric, Monica, Jordyn, Samantha and Sam. Kennedy changes roles in the lab and joins us this August as a MITACS Postdoctoral Fellow. Lots of great progress with Natalya getting her fish tagged on the Pays Plat River this spring, and Graham catching Sturgeon a-plenty up at Whitewater Lake in Wabikimi. Yet another iteration of the IISD ELA field course in the bag (offered through the Ontario Universities Field Program in Biology), and an exciting trip out to Superior Shoals on Lake Superior to study lakemounts!
