Emianka was a co-op student at the University of Manitoba in 2012. She investigated differences in Yellow Perch energy densities among lakes. She is now Dr. Emianka Sotiri, a graduate of the Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland. She is a family medicine specialist in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI.
