Chandra Rodgers is a Fisheries Protection Biologist with Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Prior to that, she was a Fisheries Research Biologist with the IISD-Experimental Lakes Area for 6 years, where she did an incredible job whipping the fish populations program into shape.
